Nice design and spacious compartments

This bag is perfect for women looking to carry their daily essentials in style—compact, functional, and well-designed. However, I was disappointed with the purchasing experience. The product did not come with a valid receipt, which meant I was unable to claim a tax refund at Cape Town Airport. Despite being assured by the shop staff that the emailed receipt would suffice, and seeing a prominent sign near the cashier stating that tax refunds were available, this turned out not to be the case. I would recommend the bag itself, but advise caution regarding the tax refund process.
